Payment Policy
Gene Industrial Solutions LLC values your personal information and credit card security for all your transaction with us. We would never ask for your credit card information. For PCI Compliance, you will need to handle all payment directly through store.masterpalm.com order process or make payment directly through our online billing system. Our server is PCI Compliant as well. SSLv3 and SSLv2 are disabled to prevent any security flaws. You may use security protocol TLS 1.2 to shop online directly on store.store.masterpalm.com. We manually review each order and verify each order through email or phone, even though you can make payment online immediately through our online credit card processing. You may also call in to place an order and then make a payment through our VIP online billing system.
In order to provide an easy and fast way of ordering, we accept the following payment methods:
Credit Card/Debit Card Payment
We accept all types of credit cards and debit cards with visa, master, discover or American Express logo on it. Your payment to our store is secured, your payment is directly made on our credit card processor portal page powered by Stripe (Stripe.com). All your transaction is encrypted via SSL and no credit card information are stored on our own servers. We accept Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express/JCB/Dinner's Card, debit card and gift card with those credit card logos on it for payments.
We fulfill your order after payment is confirmed and verified. Once you submit the order to us, your credit card will be charged with the total amount of the invoice and the amount will be taken away from your available credit in your credit or debit card, therefore, our merchant service provider will be able to fully validate your credit card thoroughly. There will not be any duplicate authorization or charge on your credit cards. If there is any duplicate charges, please call us immediately at our 24x7 Helpline at +1 (833) 884-8633 for immediate assistance. You may also contact our online live customer service to resolve any order issues.
Paypal Payment/Pay in 4
We also support paypal payment and installment payment via paypal. Just checkout and select paypal wallet, you will be able to pay via paypal.
Order Cancelation
If you decide to cancel your order, you will need to cancel the order within the first 24 hours after you submit your order online or offline by sending us an email or just call us. We are not liable for any overdraft fees incurred by your credit card or debit card issuers.
Some items may require more time to fulfill and it is specified during your checkout process. If you decide to cancel the order due to the fact that you can not wait, you need to cancel the order within first 24 hours. Otherwise the order can not be cancelled because the production line has arranged your order for assembling. We are a wholesaler and a manufacturer, not a consumer retail store. However, if you really need to cancel an order prior to its shipment, you may contact your sales representative to arrange the cancellation. However, not all requests will be honored.
Please be advised that. We do not store your credit card information in our company or store without your permission. If you don't want to store your credit card with our payment processor, please do not use "LINK" payment. Our credit card processor will have the credit card information you enter during checkout process in order to process payment. Once you place an order, your credit card information is encrypted and sent to our credit card processor for payment approval. This information is transmitted with encryption to our credit card processor's secured and PCI compliant server. Once we receive your order after payment is approved, our sales representative "may" call you to verify your order and verify your credit card information if you checkout using credit card payment option.
Split Credit Card Payment
You can split your order into several payments at one time. If you need to split your credit card payment for an order, please contact us so that we can arrange the split payment directly from our online billing system by issuing you an invoice where you can pay directly using multiple credit cards. Please checkout and select split payment. We will send you the invoice where you can pay using different credit cards.
Installment Payment Via Shop Pay/Affirm
We now offer installment payment powered by Shop Pay powered by Affirm. You can arrange installment payments when you check out. The system will show you the available installments you are allowed to make. Just checkout as usual and select shop pay installments as your payment method for installment options.

No Processing Fee
Master Palm Pneumatic does not charge any processing fee for any orders.
Order, Return and Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We charge 25% of any returns for refund. No fee if return for replacement or changing to different items. If return for replacement or exchange, the remaining credit will be issued via store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at warranty@geneindustrial.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the designated address after your return is approved. Do not send the return back to our office, the return will be void and you are responsible for the loss of merchandise.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
